Age-friendly Communities Learning Officer
Rebecca supports the UK Network of Age-Friendly Communities to be a network where good ideas spread, fast.

Rebecca works to help inspire, connect and support members of the UK Network of Age-friendly Communities, a growing UK movement affiliated to the World Health Organisation. She is responsible for providing management, delivery and communication of a learning programme for Network members, as well as the sharing of good practice within and beyond the Network.

Rebecca has worked in both public and third sector supporting senior teams to deliver change in age-friendly communities. Before joining Ageing Better, Rebecca previously worked as part of the Greater Manchester Ageing Hub, supporting the delivery of the Age-friendly Greater Manchester programme. Prior to that, she worked for Age UK Manchester, an independent charity that offers support and services to older people across Manchester.

Rebecca joined Ageing Better in October 2021.
